Please read the following information about our shipping policies.

Cabinet Glass World ships all orders via UPS ground.

The final price of your order will include the cost of shipping and handling

Shipping insurance is provided free of charge from Cabinet Glass World to all of our customers

The maximum weight of packages is 50 lbs. You will receive multiple packages depending on your order weight

 You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order

At time of shipment you will receive your shipment tracking number via email.

Cabinet Glass World is not liable for loss or damage of cabinet glass once it has left our warehouse.

In the unfortunate case that you receive you package damaged, we ask that you notify us immediately and hold the package for inspection by UPS. If you fail to notify us within 7 days your claim with UPS will become void.

After contacting us with your information we will replace your glass at no charge as quickly as possible.

We custom cut your order to your specifications. For this reason we ask you to view our information on cutting your glass before ordering. Orders cannot be returned.

If received defective or incorrect merchandise from us please notify us within 5 days of receipt for return authorization number and information.
 
The packaged product has been tested in compliance with International Safe Transit Association (ISTA) Project 1-A Vertical Impact and Vibration Test Procedures.

Please note, these decorative rolled and handmade glasses may exhibit occasional small bubbles and surface imperfections. These characteristics are normal for this type of glass and not considered defects. Slight variations of color and patterns are also normal for this type of glass. Remember glass is made from silica (sand), potassium or soda, lime, and other chemicals depending on the process and manufacturer. These different ingredients are melted together and cooled at air temperature during this procedure you will get the slight differences that we explained above. We have supplied to you the best picture images of the glass that we carry in stock. Because all computer monitors are different and browser settings vary, the colors shown on our website may vary somewhat from the actual color of the glass. This is not a cause for rejection. The approximate lead time for annealed (non-safety) glass is 2 to 3 weeks. Tempered and laminated safety glass 3-4 weeks from the date of order.  If for any reason you receive defective or incorrect merchandise through an error on the part of Cabinet Glass World, we need you to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization number.
